To verify that you are an active Premium user, open iTunes and navigate to the Dyrii app listing under Subscriptions section. Verifying this important because sometimes iTunes may be unable to charge your card which could lead to an automated cancelation of subscription by iTunes.
If everything looks good on iTunes, then follow the below steps to fix the expired premium issue in the app:
Step 1: If you made the Premium purchase on Mac, then open the Mac App and navigate it to the "Dyrii Premium" section within the app. Click on the refresh button that is displayed on the Premium page and wait for the premium label to update current status to valid.Make sure you are connected to the internet on this device. Do the same thing on iOS if you happened to purchase premium on iOS.
Note: If you are not sure whether you purchased the Premium on Mac or iOS, then review the Dyrii icon that is displayed under iTunes Subscription. A round icon would indicate that it was purchased on a Mac. Whereas a square icon indicates it was purchased on iOS.
Step 2: Restart the app where you are seeing the Premium Expired message and navigate to the Premium page. Make sure you are connected to the internet on this device.
