All entires made in Dyrii can be backdated. This is useful when you forget to post an entry on a certain day and want to retain the datetime from that day. This is also handy when importing your old journal enrtires from other sources e.g. digitalizing your old handwritten journals. This section illustrates how to use the backdating feature.
Depending upon the type of post, the backdating feature is located at following two places:
1) Post Editor
The Post editor is used to create or edit an existing entry. Here, you can click the date button on the top to edit the datetime of the entry as indicated in below screenshot. You can also get to this option by swiping on the toolbar above the keyboard and navigating to the third swipe view where these options are located.
2) Today View
The Today view is used to view posts by day and although this view is defaulted to today's date, you can swipe through the calendar view on the top and navigate to a specific date. From the selected date view, you can click the + (New post) button to create a post with the selected date.
